Account & Authentication
Excusely uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Content & Responsibility
All excuses, scripts, and content within Excusely are provided for entertainment and personal use only. The content is not intended to encourage dishonesty. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.
Subscription & Billing
Excusely Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Excusely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of excuses generated by the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
