How do I cancel my Excusely Pro subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings app. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Excusely, and tap Cancel Subscription. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
My data isn't syncing across my devices. What should I do?
Excusely uses iCloud to sync your data. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud. A stable internet connection is required for sync to work. If issues persist, contact us.
Is my data private? What do you collect?
We take privacy seriously. We only collect an anonymous Apple ID to sync your data — no name, email, or personal info. We don't sell or share your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Excusely purchase. Apple handles all billing and refund decisions.
How do I create a custom excuse?
Tap the + button in the app to create a new custom excuse. You can add a title, script, use placeholders like [name] or [place], and assign it to a category and a person. Custom excuses are synced across all your devices via iCloud.
What's included in Excusely Pro?
Excusely Pro unlocks the full excuse library, unlimited custom excuses, advanced usage history, event planning features, and more. It's available as an auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial. You can manage it anytime in your App Store account settings.
